Module 1
AI today
You’ll understand what AI really is and what you can already do with it – without the jargon.
12 min
You can explain in your own words how AI produces its answers – and why it can sound certain and still be wrong.
You know where AI is already strong and where it stumbles.
You understand what the terms language model, prompt, context, hallucination and agent mean.
You can ask AI for help with your own work, and you know which tools your organization allows you to use.

Module 2
Good prompt, good result
You get better answers from AI the first time when you brief it like a new colleague.
13 min
You can write a prompt that answers four questions – who, what, why and how – and attach the material that’s needed.
You can continue the conversation and steer the answer with precise follow-up requests, because the first answer is a draft.
You know five techniques that take you further: “ask me first”, an example, options, asking for criticism and changing the format.
You know when it’s worth starting a new conversation.
Module 3
AI in your work
You’ll find three tasks in your work where AI saves you time as early as this week.
13 min
You can recognize tasks in your work that suit AI: recurring tasks and tasks that involve writing, summarizing, structuring and brainstorming.
You can use AI for five basic tasks – write, summarize, analyze, brainstorm and learn – and for translating.
You know what not to hand to AI: decisions about people, matters that call for responsibility and empathy, and precise information you can’t check.
You choose three use cases of your own and try one of them right away.
Module 4
Check before you trust
You’ll recognize AI’s typical mistakes and check the important things quickly.
14 min
You understand why AI can make up information and be convincingly wrong.
You recognize typical mistakes: made-up facts and sources, outdated information, calculation and logic errors, missing information, bias and sycophancy.
You can check AI output sensibly: you know what you always check, how you check it and how thoroughly.
You know that the responsibility for work done with AI always stays with you.
Module 5
Keeping data safe
You always know what you can enter into which AI tool – and you can spot an AI-powered scam.
15 min
You understand why the account decides, not the name of the app, and you can tell whether you are using a business version or a consumer version.
You can classify information with the traffic light and know what you may paste into which tool – and what you must never paste.
You know the basic rules of data protection, trade secrets and copyright, and you can anonymize or generalize a text before you ask for help.
You recognize AI-powered scams and act correctly: you stop, verify through a second channel and report right away.
Module 6
Rules and responsibility
You know what the EU AI Act and your organization’s AI policy mean for your work – without the legal jargon.
13 min
You understand the basic idea of the EU AI Act: the rules are tiered by risk into four levels.
You can recognize prohibited uses, such as emotion recognition at work, and high-risk uses, such as screening job applicants – and you know that prohibited AI is never used and high-risk AI is not introduced on your own.
You know when the use of AI must be disclosed, and you can take copyright and fairness into account.
You know what your organization’s AI policy requires and who to tell about problems.
Module 7
Agents and the future of work
You understand how AI agents are changing work, and you make your own 30-day plan.
13 min
You understand the difference between conversational AI, an assistant and an agent: it talks, it helps, it acts.
You know how to use an agent safely: only the permissions it needs, a person approves irreversible actions, and you are prepared for prompt injection.
You know ways to build your own assistants and automate routines – and you know when IT needs to review them.
You can keep your own judgment and professional skills sharp, and you make your own 30-day AI plan.
Final exam and certificate
30 scenario questions, no time limit. The pass mark is 75%. Passing earns a personal certificate that can be verified with a QR code and an ID.
The certificate is valid for 12 months, so skills stay up to date.
